Welcome to Unfiltered, a platform that puts real conversation first. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use our mobile app (the "App").
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 and legally capable of entering into this agreement under applicable law.
You may not use the App if you have been banned from other social or dating platforms for misconduct.
2. Your Account
You are solely responsible for all activity associated with your account.
Do not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account.
You may only create and maintain one account per individual.
Unfiltered is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account use.
3. Community Guidelines
We expect respectful, kind, and authentic behavior. Prohibited actions include:
Harassment, abuse, or impersonation
Hate speech or discriminatory language
Sexual misconduct or solicitation
Sharing or displaying explicit content
Violations of these guidelines may result in temporary suspension, permanent account removal, or referral to legal authorities where applicable.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of your voice, video, and text content.
By using the App, you grant Unfiltered a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to use your content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the platform. Marketing use will only occur with your explicit opt-in.
You are solely responsible for any content you share or display.
Unfiltered does not sell your personal data or share it with third-party advertisers.
5. Safety & Conduct
You are responsible for your safety during interactions on the platform.
Do not share sensitive personal details, financial information, or passwords.
Use in-app tools such as "End Call" or "Report" to manage uncomfortable situations.
Unfiltered disclaims responsibility for outcomes resulting from user-initiated interactions.
6. Premium Features
Unfiltered offers optional paid features. By subscribing, you agree that:
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled before the renewal date
Refunds are only issued where required by applicable law
Prices may change, and advance notice will be provided in-app
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any account that violates these Terms, harms the safety of others, or undermines platform integrity.
Accounts may also be terminated without notice in cases of severe misconduct.
8. Limitation of Liability
Unfiltered is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
We make no guarantees regarding relationship outcomes, user compatibility, or uninterrupted availability of services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unfiltered disclaims all liability for damages arising from use or inability to use the App.
9. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the App.
It is your responsibility to review the most current version. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Harassment and Off-Platform Conduct
Unfiltered is committed to fostering a safe and respectful environment for all users. Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior—whether occurring on the platform or outside of it—will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to:
Targeted harassment of other users through social media, messaging apps, email, or in-person encounters,
Coordinated efforts to intimidate, dox, or harm other users,
Any off-platform conduct that creates a hostile or unsafe environment for Unfiltered users.
We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including warnings, suspensions, or permanent removal from the platform, in response to behavior that violates these principles—even if such behavior occurs off-platform.
11. Limitation of Liability for User Conduct
Unfiltered is not responsible or liable for the actions, communications, or behavior of any user, whether such conduct occurs on or off the platform. Users interact at their own risk, and we make no guarantees about the behavior, intent, or actions of other individuals. By using Unfiltered, you acknowledge that:
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users;
Unfiltered does not conduct background checks or screen users;
Unfiltered shall not be held liable for any harm, loss, injury, or damage resulting from user interactions or content.
If you feel unsafe or believe another user is violating our guidelines, we strongly encourage you to report the behavior to our support team.
