  1. Purpose

This page explains the standards of Unfiltered regarding the prevention of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We have a zero tolerance policy for any content or behavior involving the sexual abuse, sexualization, or exploitation of minors.

  1. Definition of a Child
    • A child is any person under the age of 18.
    • If the age cannot be confirmed but there are indicators that the person might be under 18, the content will be treated as child related.

  2. Strictly Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following is not allowed in Unfiltered or on any related services:
• Any sexual content involving minors.
• Images, videos, audio, text or links that depict, promote or normalize sexual exploitation of children.
• Requests for or sharing of sexual or nude images of minors.
• Sexualized images of minors, including edited or AI generated content where a minor can be identified or is reasonably implied.
• Grooming, sextortion, blackmail, recruitment or any attempt to involve a minor in sexual activities.
• Trading, selling, promoting or distributing CSAE material.
• Attempts to bypass these rules through external links or coded language.

Any attempt to upload, share, store or distribute such material is a violation of this policy.

  1. Zero Tolerance
    • We may remove or block such content immediately.
    • We may suspend or permanently ban accounts involved in CSAE related activity without prior notice.
    • Where required by law, we may report the case and share relevant data with competent authorities.

  2. Detection and Moderation

To protect minors we may use one or more of the following:
• automated detection tools
• pre or post publication moderation
• human review by moderators
• temporary account restrictions while a review is in progress

This is done to comply with applicable laws and with app store safety requirements.

  1. Reporting Violations

If you see content or behavior that may involve CSAE, report it to us immediately.

We review such reports with the highest priority.

  1. Cooperation With Authorities

When required by applicable law or when there is an immediate risk to a child, we may:

• support investigations aimed at identifying the source of CSAE material

This is done only for the purpose of child protection and legal compliance.

• you have the right to share this content
